Yes, we support bulk backtesting of our AVMs to help you validate model performance against your own portfolio. ### How it works We support bulk backtesting via a standard Excel address file, which you provide as the input for your portfolio. You can find our standard address file format template [here](https://kb.valocityglobal.com/hubfs/Data%20Products/valocity-address-matching-input-template.xlsx?hsLang=en).  ### What we supply: Depending on what you need to validate, we can provide: - **The latest AVM** for each property in your portfolio. - **The AVM as of your portfolio's valuation date**, since we maintain a weekly history view of AVMs, we can extract the estimate from the specific week matching each property's valuation date. This lets you compare our AVMs against your portfolio at whichever point in time is most relevant for your backtesting, whether that's the current estimate or a historical snapshot. ### Turnaround time Most backtesting extracts are returned within ~**two weeks**, though this can vary depending on the size and complexity of your portfolio.
