Onboarding Process

You can initiate customer onboarding by emailing our support team at support@valocityglobal.io.

Use the following templates:

Off boarding

For customer offboarding, use the same email process. Simply replace "Onboard" with "Offboard" in the subject line and include the effective termination date.
