Customizing your Branch CMA: Updating your Logo, Agency Cover Letter, CMA front page imagery and colours
Users with Administrator rights can customize the appearance of some aspects of the reports generated from Nexus. The things you can change include:
- The logo that appears on the CMA
- Content of the cover letter that appears in each CMA created by your branch
- The image that appears on the front page of the CMA for each CMA created by the branch
- Primary & secondary colours used for graphs & headings in the CMA
When changed by a Branch administrator, these changes will apply to all CMAs created by the branch, these changes will apply to all CMAs created by the branch in all available formats.
If you don’t see the menu options as below, you don’t have Administrator access. Check with your company contact or reach out to our Support Team for more information.
Company Logo
Your branch logo will be featured on the CMA templates configured for your account. This includes the Digital CMA, which is currently available in Australia and will soon be available in New Zealand, as well as the Standard CMA (Valocity Sales PDF). To ensure optimal display, we recommend the following logo sizes based on the template you choose:
- Digital Template: 991 pixels (width) x 281 pixels (height)
- Valocity Sales Template: 712 pixels (width) x 287 pixels (height)
Cover Image
The cover image feature enables you to personalize the background of your CMA at the branch level. For optimal results, we recommend using an image with a width of 794 pixels and a height of 784 pixels. Supported file formats include JPEG and PNG, with a max file size limit of 5MB.
Cover Letter
You can enhance your communications with vendors by adding a personalized cover letter for your branch. This feature is configured at the branch level and the signature included will automatically be taken from the user profile of the agent preparing the CMA. Please note that the cover letter can contain up to 2000 characters.
This personalized cover letter will be applied to the CMA templates associated with your account, namely the Digital CMA (currently available in Australia and soon to be available in New Zealand) and the Standard CMA (Valocity Sales PDF).
❗ Please be aware that any existing legacy custom templates will not be automatically updated when you modify the Cover Letter❗
Primary and Secondary brand colour
You can choose the Primary and Secondary brand colors used in the standard templates. The extent to which these colors are applied will differ based on the specific template being used.
Digital CMA Template
The two selected colors will be extensively utilized in the Digital CMA, reflecting the flexibility offered by a web-based platform. These colors will enhance various elements, including menu navigation, buttons, page titles, and accents throughout the interface. Additionally, they will be applied to hover transitions, graphs, and other page elements. Below is an example demonstrating the use of primary and secondary colors in the Digital CMA.
Valocity Sales CMA template
In this particular template, the application of brand colours is more limited. They will primarily be utilized in the Sales and Suburb insights charts within the CMA.
