[Account and Profile setup](https://kb.valocityglobal.com/help/account-setup-and-user-management?hsLang=en#account-and-profile-setup) # How do I use my own logo on CMAs and reports? ## Company admins can let agents add their own logo to CMAs and agency-branded reports, with the company logo as the fallback. You can now put your own logo on your CMAs and branded reports, in place of your company logo. It's handy if you run your own brand within your agency. Your office admin decides whether this is available, and your company logo is always there as the fallback. #### Before you start Your office admin needs to turn this on first. If you can't see a User Logo section on your profile, ask your admin. #### Turn on custom logos (office admins) 1. Go to Admin Settings \> Company Profile Details. 2. On the Company logo card, tick **Allow users to upload their own logo**. 3. Select **Save**. It's off by default. If you turn it off later, the company logo goes back on newly generated or refreshed CMAs and reports. Go to My Profile. 2. In the Report Logo section. 3. Turn off the company logo toggle. It's on by default, and while it's on, your company logo is still used. 4. Select **Save**. ![](https://kb.valocityglobal.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Nov-03-2026-10-09-23-3267-PM.png?width=670&height=474&name=image-png-Nov-03-2026-10-09-23-3267-PM.png) #### Replace or remove your logo - To use a different logo, select **Replace** and choose a new file. - To go back to your company logo, toggle on **use company logo,** then select **Save.** #### Where your logo appears - **Digital CMA:** the header, cover page, appraisal summary and Meet the Agent page - **Sales CMA:** everywhere your company logo currently appears - **PDFs:** the PDF versions of both - **Agency-branded reports:** Property Reports, Suburb Insights, One Pager, Certificate of Title Summary and search results exports.
