Your dashboard will give you a breakdown of the activity you have underway in Nexus.
Each of the dashboard tiles will give you a different view of your activity, based on the properties you have interacted with and where you are in the sales process.
- View All – shows all your activity sorted by the last time you interacted with the property
- Draft CMAs – all draft CMAs you are currently working on
- CMAs – CMAs that have been completed and presented to a potential vendor
- Listings - properties that you are currently listing
- Sold - properties you have sold
Each property you are working on will have its own entry.
If you click on the Property link it will take you to the landing page for that property. If you click on the far-right button it will take you to the page to complete this action.
In the example above, clicking Finish will take you to the CMA builder to complete your draft CMA.
You can use the Find Property function on the right to search for particular properties you are working on. The results will be filtered based on what you enter. This is a good way to navigate to the correct property once you have lots of activity underway.
