[FAQs](https://kb.valocityglobal.com/help/faqs?hsLang=en) # Digital CMA ## Sharing links, link not received, what vendors see. #### When to use this article - A client, vendor, or agent says they never received the Digital CMA link - You need to know exactly what a recipient sees before you send a Digital CMA - A shared link opens to an error, blank page, or unexpected content - A user asks why they can't edit the Digital CMA a recipient is viewing The Digital CMA is an additional resource generated automatically once a CMA report is completed. It pulls the key pages from the full CMA report and presents them in an easy-to-digest, web page format that can be shared as a link. Notably, Digital CMA content cannot be altered. It's a fixed presentation of the key pages as they existed when the CMA was completed. #### Steps 1. Complete the CMA report, making sure ‘Include digital CMA link’ is selected.![](https://kb.valocityglobal.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-3.jpeg?width=586&height=316&name=undefined-3.jpeg) 2. Open the completed CMA from your Nexus dashboard and scroll down to the Appraisals section. 4. Click Copy link.![](https://kb.valocityglobal.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-2.jpeg?width=586&height=174&name=undefined-2.jpeg) 5. Paste the link into an email to your vendor. 6. Send the link, then use the CMA’s activity or status view to confirm it shows as Sent. If the recipient says it did not arrive, resend the link rather than forwarding the original email. 7. Once finalised, a Digital CMA link is valid for 30 days. If you choose to receive emails tracking activity on this CMA, you will receive one email per day for the first 7 days, then one email per week for up to 4 weeks.   #### **If the vendor says they have not received the link** **Check the email address on the CMA record.** A typo is the most common cause. If it is wrong, correct it and resend rather than editing the original email. **Ask the vendor to check junk or spam folders.** Nexus emails are sent from an automated address that some mail providers flag on first contact. **Check your own sent history in your email agent.** Open the email the CMA and look for a delivery status such as Sent, Delivered, or Failed. A Failed status usually means the email address bounced. **Confirm the vendor is opening the link on a supported browser.** Very old browser versions can fail to render the CMA correctly. If none of the above resolves it, log a support ticket with the CMA reference number and the vendor's email address so the delivery log can be checked on the Nexus side. #### **What the vendor sees** When a vendor opens a Digital CMA link, they see: - The property address, photos, and any description you have included. - The comparable sales and, where included, comparable listings you have selected for the CMA. - Your appraisal commentary and estimated value range, if you have chosen to include a figure. - Your agency branding and your contact details. The vendor does not see: your internal notes, any comparables you removed or hid from the CMA, other agents' CMAs for the same property.
