Frequently asked questions

What does the dash symbol mean in the property data?

When the data we get from Councils and other data providers is incomplete, we use this symbol ( - ) to indicate where this data is unavailable. In the CMA pdf we use the words ‘Not Available’ where we have no data to display.

Why can’t I see Listing data outside of the CMA Builder?

Listing Data is available in the Market History section of the CMA builder. As it is linked to a CMA creation the data will not be shown outside of this process.

I cannot find the owner I am searching for

Please ensure you are using the full name of the owner (first name, middle name/s, last name) with correct spelling. If you have tried the full name and they still do not show up, let us know so we can check our data.

In some cases, the owner details may not be fully accurate as they have been sourced from non-government sources. Where this is the case, it is indicated on the site.

State restrictions may prevent owner details being shared.
