Logging into the Valocity Nexus platform

How to access your account

When a new Valocity Nexus user account is created, the user receives an activation email from Valocity Support at the email address provided during setup. This email contains the link needed to activate the account and begin the login process.

First-time login

  1. Open the activation email and click the link.
  2. On the verification page, confirm the pre-filled email address.
  3. Click Send verification code.
  4. A 6-digit verification code will be sent to that email address.
  5. Enter the code on the verification screen and click Verify code.
  6. Click Continue.
  7. Create a password that meets the platform requirements.
  8. Click Continue again to complete setup and access the home screen.

If the code expires or is not received, select Send new code to request another one.

Here is an example of the verification code email. The code is 6 digits long. If you need a new code to be sent there is an option on the page to “Send new code”. 

 

Once the code is entered and “Verify code” is clicked, your email is verified. Click “Continue”.  Now enter and confirm the new password.

Password requirements

Your password must be 10 to 16 characters long and include:

  • at least one lowercase letter
  • at least one uppercase letter
  • at least one number (0–9)
  • at least one supported symbol

Supported symbols are:

@ # $ % ^ & * - _ + = [ ] { } | \ : ' , ? / \ ~ " ( ) ; .`

If the password does not meet these rules, the platform will display an error message and prompt you to update it.

 

Future logins

After your account has been activated and your password has been set, future logins are simpler:

  1. Go to nexus.valocity.co.nz
  2. Click Sign in to Valocity Nexus
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Click Continue

Valocity Nexus will authenticate the email address in the background. If needed, you will then be prompted to enter your password before accessing the platform.

 Tip: For faster access next time, bookmark the Valocity Nexus login page in your browser once you have successfully signed in. To manage your credentials securely, use your organisation’s approved password manager rather than storing passwords in notes, documents, or email.
