[Logging in](https://kb.valocityglobal.com/help/account-setup-and-user-management?hsLang=en#logging-in) # Logging into the Valocity Nexus platform ## How to access your account When a new Valocity Nexus user account is created, the user receives an activation email from **Valocity Support** at the email address provided during setup. This email contains the link needed to activate the account and begin the login process. ### First-time login 1. Open the activation email and click the link. 2. On the verification page, confirm the pre-filled email address. 3. Click **Send verification code**. 4. A 6-digit verification code will be sent to that email address. 5. Enter the code on the verification screen and click **Verify code**. 6. Click **Continue**. 7. Create a password that meets the platform requirements. 8. Click **Continue** again to complete setup and access the home screen. The code is 6 digits long. If you need a new code to be sent there is an option on the page to “Send new code”.  ![](https://kb.valocityglobal.com/hubfs/undefined-3.png)   Once the code is entered and “Verify code” is clicked, your email is verified. Click “Continue”.  Now enter and confirm the new password.  ![2026-07-02 16\_13\_37-Greenshot](https://kb.valocityglobal.com/hs-fs/hubfs/2026-07-02%2016_13_37-Greenshot.png?width=670&height=314&name=2026-07-02%2016_13_37-Greenshot.png) ![](https://kb.valocityglobal.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jul-02-2026-04-15-12-3375-AM.png?width=1888&height=897&name=image-png-Jul-02-2026-04-15-12-3375-AM.png) ### Password requirements Your password must be **10 to 16 characters** long and include: - at least one lowercase letter - at least one uppercase letter - at least one number (**0–9**) - at least one supported symbol Supported symbols are: `@ # $ % ^ & * - _ + = [ ] { } | \ : ' , ? / \` ~ " ( ) ; .\` If the password does not meet these rules, the platform will display an error message and prompt you to update it.   ### Future logins After your account has been activated and your password has been set, future logins are simpler: 1. Go to **[nexus.valocity.co.nz](http://nexus.valocity.co.nz/)** 2. Click **Sign in to Valocity Nexus** 3. Enter your email address 4. Click **Continue** Valocity Nexus will authenticate the email address in the background. If needed, you will then be prompted to enter your password before accessing the platform.  **Tip:** For faster access next time, bookmark the Valocity Nexus login page in your browser once you have successfully signed in.
