[Release Notes](https://kb.valocityglobal.com/help/release-notes?hsLang=en) # Nexus Release 7.3 ## Map layers for Tauranga | Map layers for Tauranga have been a regular customer request, and Tauranga now has them. This release adds Coastal Inundation, Liquefaction, and Flood Risk under Flooding Data, with more to come. In a harbour city with plenty of coastline and low-lying land, flood exposure and ground stability are regular questions from buyers, vendors, and insurers. Until now, answering them meant leaving Nexus to check separate council viewers. Agents can now see all three on the same map they already use for sales and comparables, so they can arrive at an appraisal or vendor conversation already knowing how a property sits, and back it up on screen.     How it works   1. Search for Tauranga by territorial authority or suburb, switch the search results to map view, then toggle the map layers on. 2. The same layers are available in the map section of the property summary page, for any property located in Tauranga. 3. Three layers sit under Flooding Data in the Map Layers panel, and each expands to show its legend when switched on.   Coastal Inundation Shades areas by modelled flood depth, in four bands from 0.10 to 0.25m up to over 1.00m. Liquefaction Shades areas by vulnerability, and hovering over an area shows its rating, for example Unlikely or High.   Flood Risk Shows Floodplain, Flood Prone Areas split by depth (100 to 299mm, and 300mm or more), and Minor and Major Overland Flowpaths, each with its own colour in the legend.
