This release introduces enhancements based on New Zealand market feedback, including Days on Market data for CMAs, Owner Tenure calculations, and a dedicated Owner Search feature.

⭐ Days on market on the CMA builder and PDF CMA
Based on feedback from the Australian market, we've added Days on Market data for both sold and for-sale comparable properties in the CMA Builder and the PDF CMA. This was made available for both Australia and New Zealand
How it works?
When you create and then generate a CMA, you will be able to see Days on Market on sold and for sale comparable properties and this can be sent to the vendors to make a better assessment.
Why is this important?
Understanding Days on Market helps set realistic price expectations and timelines. By showing how long similar properties stayed on the market, vendors can make more informed decisions about pricing and selling strategy — ultimately improving trust and reducing surprises during the campaign.
⭐ Best Match Sort Option on CMA Builder
How it works?
Rank comparable properties based on their overall similarity to the subject property (e.g., attributes like location, property type, size, sale date, etc.)
Why is this important?
It helps the clients to easily find comparable properties which have similar attributes to the target property to create powerful and impactful CMAs faster.
⭐ Owner tenure on Property Summary
We are now calculating what the current Owner Tenure is and display this in a new Household information section in the Property Summary container.
How it works?
Based on the last known sales we show a calculated value of owner Tenure and display it next to the owner's name, when available.
Why is this important?
Knowing how long an owner has held a property helps agents assess motivation to sell — with longer tenure often indicating a higher likelihood of moving. Making this information readily available saves time and gives users confidence that they have the relevant context they need to engage effectively.
⭐ Nexus Improved Search Experience: Owner Search
Overview
As part of the Nexus New Search experience, we’ve introduced a dedicated Owner tab to enable more precise and focused owner-based searches. This new tab separates owner lookups from other types of searches, helping users avoid irrelevant results and improving accuracy.
The search component has been designed for speed and ease of use, with a dynamic dropdown that prioritises exact matches, followed by closest matches and partial or fuzzy matches. Once a user selects a suggestion, they are taken directly to a List View showing all properties linked to that owner, giving them immediate context. Additionally, the system tracks recent owner searches, allowing users to easily revisit or manage their past queries.
This feature is the first phase of the larger New Search rollout and lays the foundation for a more modular, flexible, and intuitive search system across the Nexus platform.
Why is this important?
🔍 Saves time by minimizing effort in searching for properties with partial owner details.
🎯 Enhances accuracy by prioritizing the most relevant matches, even with similar owner names.
📋 Provides quick access to all properties linked to an owner, aiding in managing complex records.
⚡ Improves user satisfaction through a faster and more intuitive search experience.
🤝 Strengthens trust in the Nexus platform's ability to navigate nuanced search scenarios effectively.

⭐ Nexus Improved Search Experience: Filters
Overview
As part of the New Search experience, we introduced targeted upgrades to the search filters on the Search Results page and CMA Builder. These upgrades focus on improving usability, adding more flexibility, and aligning the interface with user expectations. Specifically, we:
- Added quick-select range options for commonly used filters, allowing faster input without manual typing.
- Improved the All Filters modal layout, ensuring it is optimized for screen size, visually balanced, and easier to navigate, with sticky headers/footers and scrollable content.
- Introduced a unit selector (m² / hectares) to the Land Area filter so users can search using the unit they’re most familiar with.
- Fixed the owner search chip display to ensure search context is correctly reflected, preventing confusion when combining owner searches with additional filters.
- Enhanced the Location, Radius, and Zones buttons to be center-aligned and visually balanced within the modal for better overall design clarity.
Together, these enhancements deliver a smoother, more accurate, and less frustrating filtering experience.
Why is this important?
⏱️ Saves time by minimizing manual input and expediting the filtering process.
🎯 Enhances search accuracy by allowing users to select preferred units and filters.
🖥️ Improves usability with a more intuitive and visually balanced interface.
🔧 Addresses user pain points by refining search chip displays and modal interactions.
📈 Supports complex workflows for efficient search refinement and CMA creation.
🙌 Increases user confidence by demonstrating responsiveness to feedback and real-world needs.

⭐ Branded Reports Now Go Beyond CMAs
Clients can now extend their company branding to a broader range of Nexus reports. In addition to CMAs, their logos will appear on:
- 1-Page Reports
- Suburb Insights Reports
- Property Insights Reports
- Exported Property Search Results (PDF)
- NZ Certificate of Title Summaries
This applies only when clients upload their own logo in the Company Details section. If no logo is provided, the system will default to the Valocity Nexus logo in New Zealand.
This enhancement ensures brand consistency across all exported documents, reinforcing client professionalism in every customer interaction
⭐Moved market history on property summary page
We've repositioned one of the most critical data insights — Market History — to appear more prominently on the Property Summary page. By moving this section above the map and directly below the property summary, agents now get immediate access to high-value data when it matters most.
⭐ For Rent as Search Option
What’s new?
We have introduced For Rent as search option as part of the current search engine.
How it works?
To find a property that is currently for rent, simply go to the Property Search page. Under Search Options, you'll see a new For Rent option in the dropdown list. Select it to view available rental properties.
Why is this important?
It offers essential tools that help property managers and real estate agents gain insights into rental market trends and activity in the areas they are interested in.
⭐ Append Title Type name to the Title Number on Nexus NZ
What’s new?
Title type names have now been appended to title numbers.
How it works?
There are a number of places where the newly added title type name has been added to.
These places consist of:
- Property Summary page
- Property Insights Report
- 1-Page Property Report
- CMA Templates
- Digital CMA
You will be able to see that the title type name is now appended right beside the title number.
