Valocity Nexus Releases 4.9 and 5.0
These two releases give users greater flexibility and control over CMA content, making it easier to include the information needed for more robust research and improved due diligence.
🌟Increased PDF Upload Limit for CMA Inserts
CMA page inserts now allow up to 10 PDF uploads, giving agents more room to include supporting material within their CMAs.
How it works
-
-
The maximum number of PDF uploads for CMA page inserts has been increased from 5 to 10
-
UI copy has been updated to clearly reflect the new upload limit
-
Existing validation has been updated to support the higher limit
-
The new limit applies to Longform Sales template that supports page inserts
-
Clear inline messaging has been added to show the upload limit and progress (for example, how many documents have been uploaded)
-
UI copy has been updated to reflect the new limit at upload time
-

Why it matters
Agents often need to add extra content—such as local office details, agency branding, or supporting documents—to their CMAs. The higher upload limit makes it easier to build richer, more tailored presentations without merging or removing files, enabling clearer storytelling and a more consistent, professional brand experience.
🌟NZ Map Layers – Flooding Data & Stormwater (Auckland)
Nexus now includes Auckland flooding data and stormwater services as dedicated map layers, using GIS information sourced directly from Auckland Council. These layers let agents view indicative flood extents alongside key stormwater infrastructure—such as pipes, manholes, chambers, and connections—within the map when researching Auckland properties. This update extends the Auckland-only suite of specialised map layers, following the release of the Unitary Base Map late last year.
How it works
-
Agents can enable Flooding Data and Stormwater Services from Map Layers
-
Flooding Data includes:
-
Flood Plains
-
Flood Prone Areas
-
Flood Sensitive Areas
-
Overflow Paths
-
-
Stormwater Services include:
-
Stormwater pipes
-
Stormwater manholes and chambers
-
Stormwater connections between public drains and private properties
-
These layers appear directly on the map alongside property search results. They can be toggled on or off at any time and reset as needed. Coverage is currently limited to Auckland region properties (with more areas to be added over time). All data is indicative GIS information sourced from Auckland Council.

Why it matters
Flooding and stormwater infrastructure are increasingly relevant considerations in Auckland property transactions. Making this information visible within Nexus helps agents identify potential considerations earlier, support clearer conversations with buyers and vendors, and reduce reliance on external council tools during research and appraisal preparation.
🌟Agent Signature in Cover Letter
The layout was updated to prioritise the handwritten signature as the primary identifier, with the printed name moved below to improve visual hierarchy and authenticity. This keeps the signature as the focal point while still providing clear, readable identification.

Why it matters
The change reflects user feedback that the signature should feel like the primary proof of authenticity. Leading with the handwritten signature makes the visual hierarchy clearer and more personal, while the printed name below keeps the identity legible. This improves trust and readability without changing the underlying information.
🌟Longform CMA appraisals page: print-friendly border update
Updated the border styling of appraisal boxes on the Appraisals page to deliver a cleaner, more legible layout when printed. The previous 3D border treatment was effective on screen but translated poorly to paper, often appearing faint or inconsistent. Replacing it with flat borders produces a sharper, more professional print finish, improving readability and presentation for client-facing appraisals and ensuring CMAs remain high quality in both digital and printed formats.
