Valocity Nexus Release 4.0

18.08.2025 Nexus 4.0 brings key improvements across New Zealand focusing on accuracy, efficiency, and trust in search results.

🌟Search by Title and Legal Description

Quickly find the right property with a dedicated Title & Legal Description search. Enter a Title or Legal Description, and get instant autocomplete suggestions with exact matches shown first. This makes property lookups faster, more accurate, and easier to use across Nexus.

How it works?

  • Go to the Title & Legal Description search tab. main search Title

  • Start typing a Title number or Legal Description in the search bar.

  • As you type, results appear instantly:

    • Exact matches show first.

    • Suggestions display:

      • Title number or legal description, and corresponding address

      • Entering an exact title number or legal description will display the matching property in the suggestion

  • Click a suggestion to open the Property Summary page.

  • If no results are found, you’ll see “No matches found. Please refine your search.”

Why this matters?

  • Accuracy first – Focused search avoids irrelevant results and helps users find the correct property faster.

  • Efficiency – Instant suggestions save time by reducing the need for full manual entry.

  • Clarity – Key details (Legal description, Address) are shown upfront, so users can select the right match with confidence.

  • User-friendly – Built to be simple and intuitive.

🌟Property Category Code

We’ve added Property Cateogory Code  to search results, giving users clear visibility of property identifiers. PropertyCode is now also included when exporting results to CSV, ensuring this key detail is available for offline analysis and reporting.

How it works?

  • Initiate a search in Nexus.

  • In the search results, switch the view to List View.

  • The Property Category Code now appears as a column alongside each property.

  • If the results are exported to CSV, the PropertyCode is also included as a column in the export file.export

Why this matters?

This is important for valuers, who depend on property codes for verification and assessment.
