Valocity Nexus Releases 6.2

More flexibility for users who want to refine their CMA data, plus a simple but effective brand refresh, as part of our ongoing move toward a modern, cohesive product.

⭐  Edit Target Property Type, Land Use & Car Spaces in the CMA Builder

Building on editable addresses, users can now edit the target property's Property Type, Land Use, and Car Spaces directly in the CMA Builder, so the target property reflects complete and accurate property details. Another update shaped by customer feedback, it gives agents more flexibility to tailor and customise the property information presented to their clients.

How it works

  • The Edit Target Property Details modal in the Customise CMA step now includes three additional editable fields: Property Type, Land Use, and Car Spaces.

  • Property Type and Land Use can be selected from a standard list or entered as free text, with each field pre-populated with the current value where available. Car Spaces accepts numeric input only.
    edit carspaces

  •  Land Use values are grouped by category for easier navigation, each shown in a "Category: Subtype" format (e.g. Residential: Vacant, Storage: Other Stores, Transport: Air Transport).

  • Both the Property Type and Land Use fields include a Reset to Council Value option, so if an agent changes a field they can quickly restore the original council-sourced value. rrent value where available. Car Spaces accepts numeric input only.

  •  The lists are market-aware, showing the relevant Property Type and Land Use values for AU or NZ.

  • As with the other fields in the modal, edits save automatically as the user types, and a banner confirms that any changes are for display on this CMA only, they don't affect the underlying property data or council records.

  • The edited values flow through to the generated CMA and stay in sync across all active templates, including the new Sales CMA, legacy longform templates and the AU Rental CMA.

 Why it matters

This is another update driven by customer feedback, giving agents the flexibility to keep their CMAs accurate even when the source data hasn't caught up. Target property details aren't always complete or current, especially for new developments and recent builds where records can lag behind, and a missing car space count or an imprecise land use classification can leave a CMA looking thin. By extending editable fields beyond the address, agents can round out the target property's details on the spot and present a complete, professional picture to their client, all without touching any underlying data.

Nexus Visual Tune-Up (Updated Design System)

We've given Nexus a visual refresh, updating colours and typography across the platform as part of a wider design system upgrade. The result is a more modern, uniform, and cohesive interface, one that feels more considered from screen to screen.

What's changed

  • Refreshed colours across buttons, backgrounds, and text for a cleaner, more consistent palette.

  • More consistent typography throughout, so text feels balanced from one screen to the next.

  • Subtle polish on buttons, including softer shadows and hover effects.

  • A more uniform, blended look overall, bringing the whole platform into line with our latest design standards.

 Why it matters

A clean, consistent interface isn't just about looking good, it makes Nexus easier to use, quicker to navigate, and more professional to put in front of clients. Small refinements like these add up, keeping the experience sharp and cohesive as the platform grows.

 ⭐ In-zone schools priority

Local Schools in the CMA template now prioritises in-zone schools over out-of-zone schools that happen to sit closer to the subject property. In school-dense areas, this makes sure agents see what matters most first, rather than having it buried under proximity alone.
