Valocity Nexus Release 4.2

More insights, better communication—our latest updates make research easier for consents issued for properties and commission sharing effortless in the CMA.

Consents History on Property Summary Page

The Consents History section is now available on the Property Summary page, giving users direct access to key Building Consent information. This ensures every property profile in Nexus includes crucial compliance, safety, and development history—delivering a complete and trustworthy view without the need to check external sources.

How it works

  • A new Consents History component displays Building Consent details for the selected property.

  • Data is sourced from the existing New Zealand property dataset and updates automatically.

  • The section appears alongside other core property information in the Property Summary page for a seamless user experience.

Why it matters

Surfacing Building Consent data strengthens Nexus as the go-to property insights platform. Agents, valuers, and buyers can answer consent-related questions instantly, while staying within Nexus, improving user satisfaction and keeping us competitive with other market offerings.

Commission Investment Page in Longform CMA

The Commission Investment page is now available in the Longform Sales CMA, giving agents an easy way to include commission details for an even more comprehensive and professional report.

How it works

  • Add or remove the page with a simple toggle in Customise CMA.

  • Appears as a separate page when the CMA is generated or printed.

  • Follows the same look and feel as the Subject Property Commentary for a seamless experience.

Why it matters

This update makes it effortless to present commission investment information directly in the CMA—no extra documents, no manual edits. Agents can clearly communicate value to vendors while keeping the CMA polished, consistent, and complete.
