🌟Three Images on Subject Property Page Longform Sales & Rental CMA 


The Subject Property page in all Longform CMAs now shows up to three images, creating a stronger first impression and a fuller view of the property.

How it works

  • Displays up to three images for the subject property, shown side by side in the existing layout.

  • If fewer than three images are available, will revert to single-image display.

  • Styling aligns with the Longform Sales CMA theme for consistency.

  • If custom image order has been applied by agents, the order of the three images follow said order as well.

Why it matters

This enhancement, driven by customer feedback, allows up to three images on the Subject Property, providing a richer visual snapshot and improving the overall presentation when images are available.

 

🌟Consents History Table on NZ Property Insights Report

A new Building Consents section has been added to the NZ Property Insights Report to display key compliance details in a clear, table format. This enhancement provides users with a concise overview of consent activity without cluttering the report.

How it works

  • Appears after the History of Sales section.
  • Displays up to four most recent consents, sorted by Issue Date (newest first).
  • Fits within one page for clarity and consistency.
  • Hidden automatically if there are no consents available for the property.
