# Cancelling your valuation order

## Direction on how to cancel your valuation order when it is no longer required

To cancel your valuation order, you need to contact your **broker/banker**. They are the only ones who can perform this action.

### Contacting Your Broker/Banker

To get in touch with the person who placed your order, you can find their details directly in myValocity.

Once you have their contact information, reach out to them and ask them to cancel the order on your behalf.
