# Getting started on myValocity

## This is an step by step guide to get started on myValocity

Welcome to myValocity! Once your banker or broker has granted you access, logging in is a simple, secure process.

**1. Receive Your Welcome Email:** Your journey begins with a welcome email sent to the email address specified on your order. This email contains a direct link to the myValocity platform.

2\. **Request Your One-Time Password (OTP):** Click on the link in your welcome email. The first page you see in myValocity will prompt you to send a One-Time Password (OTP) to your registered email address. This ensures only the authorized person is logging in.

3\. **Check Your Email for the OTP:** This OTP email should arrive in your inbox shortly. It will contain a numerical code.

4\. **Enter the OTP:** Return to myValocity and carefully capture the numerical code from your OTP email into the designated field to complete your authentication.

**Access Your Order Overview:** Once the OTP is successfully entered, you will be securely transferred to your personalized order overview page within myValocity, where you can begin tracking your valuation.
