Contacting Your Broker/Banker
To get new quotes, you'll need to contact the person who placed the valuation order for you. You can find their details directly in myValocity.
Once you have their contact information, reach out to them and ask them to request new quotes on your behalf.
Important Note on Timing
Please be aware that there may be a time delay between your request and when new quotes are received. Valuers need time to review the request and submit their quotes.
