What to do if you are not happy with the quotes received

Information on how to request additional valuation quotes or seek the initial Scheduled Fee with the assistance of your broker/banker

Please contact your broker/banker if you need to either:

  • Request additional quotes – If the quotes submitted do not meet your timeframes or you need additional quotes for any other reason. 
  • Seek the initial Scheduled Fee – This will require the broker/banker to cancel the current order and start a fresh order at the Scheduled Fee. Please note that Valocity cannot guarantee that valuers will accept the Scheduled Fee if they have already quoted on this property. 

Contacting Your Broker/Banker 

To action either of the above, you will need to contact the person who placed the valuation order for you. You can find their details directly in myValocity. 

Once you have their contact information, reach out to them and ask them to action the above on your behalf. 

Important Note on Timing 

Please be aware that there may be a time delay between your request and when new quotes are received. Valuers need time to review the request and submit their quotes. This time can vary, however on average, this adds approx. 1 working day before the order can start (dependent on valuer availability). Estimated completion timeframes will be specified by the valuer when quoting.
