What to do if your valuation order needs to be updated
It's important that the details on your valuation order are accurate to ensure a smooth and correct valuation process.
If you notice any incorrect details on your valuation order, please contact your bank or broker directly.
Your bank or broker is responsible for placing and managing your order, and they are the only ones authorized to make any necessary amendments to the order details. They will be able to update the information on your behalf.
Please contact your bank or broker if you wish to do any of the following
- Cancel your order
- Require your order to be placed on Hold
- Updating the time the valuation is required
- Readdress the order to another lender
