Forgot password

If you’ve forgotten your password or just want to change it, you can reset it anytime from the login page.

1. Start the reset

• Go to the REIP Nexus log in page.
• Enter your email address.
• When prompted for your password, click Forgot your password?

2. Verify your email

• Enter your email again to receive a verification code.
• Check your inbox for the 6-digit code. (If you don’t get it or it expires, click Send new code)
• Return to the reset page, enter the code, and click verify code.

3. Create a new password

• Choose a password that meets the system requirements
  (Uppercase, lowercase, numbers and at least one special character: @ # $ % ^ & * - _ + = [ ] { } | \ : ' , ? / \ ~ " ( ) ; .)
• Click continue to save your new password.

Once updated, you can log in using your email and the new password.
